Martine Weber é uma pintora autodidata baseada em Utrecht. A criatividade tem sido um fio constante ao longo de sua vida. Depois de fazer aulas de pintura na Volksuniversiteit, ela começou a trabalhar com acrílicos e pastéis a óleo em 2023. Além de pintar, ela escreve poesia e cria música sob o nome de Sofie Weber, onde a mesma sensibilidade e imaginação ressoam em seu trabalho.

Olá! Sou a Martine, uma artista sediada no coração de Utrecht.

O meu trabalho expressa uma ligação profunda com o que me rodeia. Pinto paisagens urbanas e paisagens como as experiencio, dando forma a momentos de convívio e vida partilhada. Por vezes, figuras humanas e animais aparecem lado a lado, refletindo emoção e ligação num diálogo silencioso entre a humanidade e os parentes naturais com quem partilhamos a nossa Terra.

Pintar dá-me direção e sentido. Com cada pincelada, traduzo o meu mundo interior — o seu ritmo, cores e estados de espírito — numa história visual. As minhas pinturas dão vida à energia do mundo à minha volta: colorida, em camadas e em movimento.

Através dos meus olhos, Utrecht também ganha vida com os seus marcos icónicos, recantos escondidos e atmosfera distintiva. Cada pintura é simultaneamente uma expressão visual e uma narrativa pessoal, capturada na tela para que outros a experienciem à sua maneira.

    Two Paintings Showcased at ART GAMEREN IX I’m excited to announce that two of my recent paintings were featured in the ART GAMEREN IX exhibition, held on October 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2024 at Ridderstraat 23 in Gameren. This special event, hosted by Caroline and Jacqueline Mulder from GrachtenGalerie (Utrecht) offered visitors a chance to explore new works of art within a stunning countryside setting.
