May We Dance: Series 4 Unity and Peace
6 March - 2024
Hey there,
I'm thrilled to share with you my latest series, "May We Dance." Through these three paintings—Private Dancer, May We Dance, and Nina in Paris—I've poured my heart into a plea for unity and peace, expressed in the language of art.
Each canvas is a tribute to the incredible power of dance and the connections it forges between us. "Private Dancer" invites you into the world of a lone ballerina, where grace and elegance reign supreme. Then there's "May We Dance," a vibrant celebration of diversity and togetherness as figures emerge from the shadows to join a collective dance initiated by a ballerina. And let's not forget "Nina in Paris," where her feminine spirit breaks down cultural barriers on the bustling streets of the French capital.
But beyond the brushstrokes and colors lies a deeper message: in the midst of life's chaos, let's find solace and joy in the rhythm of dance. Let's embrace the softer sides of our humanity and celebrate our differences rather than fearing them.
"May We Dance" is more than just a series of paintings—it's a call to action. It reminds us that beauty can be found even in our darkest moments. We can build bridges that transcend borders and ideologies by coming together on the dance floor.
So, let's heed this call and celebrate our diversity. Let's dance not just as individuals but as one united humanity. Because in the dance, we might discover the key to a brighter, more harmonious future for all of us.
